Still Looking

Okay, okay, I’ve decided to stop procrastinating and finally use all the search people sites I’ve found to try to find my birth parents. There’s a ton of people finder sites out there, but none of them have quite worked out - yet. You see, my parents have pretty common names. I won’t give out their names for privacy reasons, but they’re about as common as John and Jane Smith, so whenever I search, I’m like, is it John Smith in Iowa or New York - or what? If I knew roughly where they lived or what their birth dates were, this would be a cinch. Anyway, I’ll keep you posted. In the meantime, enjoy this rant To Superman.

Still Searching

Sorry guys, no real leads on my parents just yet. Still kinda just laying the groundwork for finding them. Preparing, getting acquainted with the search engines, that sorta stuff. I figure it’s best not to just rush into things, especially when something as important as my birth parents are on the line. Right? I am making the right choice, yeah? Okay, anyway, I have been digging up some great stuff about people search engines. For starters, people searches are apparently made easier if you have the full name of the person you’re looking for. I guess that’s just common sense, but it’s still good to know. That’s it for my people searching this month, but I have some other cool links for you guys. Here’s a hilarious rant To Frozen Grapes that I can’t stop thinking about. Mmmm. Frozen grapes. And I’ve also been thinking about starting exercising again. I looked into Primal Nutrition for info on supplements, and it seems pretty sound. Okay, hopefully I’ll have more for you guys next month.

Finding People

Hi guys! I’m back! My name is still Nicole, lol. I must say, I’ve made quite a bit of progress in my quest to find my birth parents. Not that I have any leads or anything, but I’ve already found a tons of links and tips on how to find your birth parents. So at least I’ve started and I’m not completely helpless and I have some tools. I hate not having control over my life or whatever’s going on with me. This website is a way for me to grab control and also to give you guys, my readers, control of your lives. And that control comes in the form of people search. People search allows us to find old relatives and friends, and even, hopefully, birth parents. And by finding people, we enrich our lives. Okay, I’ll shut up now. But first, here’s some funny stuff from Rant Farm - To My Friend’s Blog.

Hello world!

Hey Everyone! My name is Nicole.  I just turned 18, and I’m a senior at Greendale High School.  (Go Seacrabs!!)  I was adopted when I was a baby, so I created this blog in an attempt to find my birth parents.  My adoptive parents Greg and Suzy have been really supportive of my search, so they thought creating this blog would be a good idea.  Chances are slim that my birth parents would come across it randomly.  And even if they did, they probably wouldn’t know it was me, since I don’t want to give away too much personal information - since it is the internet and all.  But still, I thought this might be useful for anyone else trying to track down their birth parents.  I could definitely provide links and articles that might help.  And who knows - if you’re birth parents, and the names Greg and Suzy sound familiar to you, drop me a line!  Who knows, right?
